Consultant (Financial / Intellectual Property / Commercial Litigation)

Hoffman Alvary is currently recruiting Consultants in the Intellectual Property and Commercial Litigation practices.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze financial statements, business plans, and product forecasts
  • Review contract terms, licenses, and other legal documents
  • Perform market research including analysis of market share, industry trends and forecasts
  • Design and construct financial models to calculate damages resulting from intellectual property infringement or valuation-related claims
  • Draft written reports and prepare for depositions and trials

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative discipline
  • Relevant work experience (or coursework) in a Finance, Economics, Management Consulting, or Analyst role, in a related field
  • Experience working with financial statements and other accounting data
  • Strong analytical and research skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as a collaborative team member
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality client service
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
