Consultant (Financial / Intellectual Property / Commercial Litigation)
Hoffman Alvary is currently recruiting Consultants in the Intellectual Property and Commercial Litigation practices.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze financial statements, business plans, and product forecasts
- Review contract terms, licenses, and other legal documents
- Perform market research including analysis of market share, industry trends and forecasts
- Design and construct financial models to calculate damages resulting from intellectual property infringement or valuation-related claims
- Draft written reports and prepare for depositions and trials
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative discipline
- Relevant work experience (or coursework) in a Finance, Economics, Management Consulting, or Analyst role, in a related field
- Experience working with financial statements and other accounting data
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as a collaborative team member
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality client service
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
