Human Resources Intern (LAM)

Our LAM Human Resources team is a lean, front office, all hands on deck team of professionals responsible for supporting a global business of nearly 1,000 people. We are looking for a HR Generalist intern looking to learn the ins and outs of HR. In this dynamic and exciting role, you’ll help support Recruiting, Talent, Training & Development, Culture/Workplace Initiatives and HR Analytics.


You will have the opportunity to:

You’ll need to have:

-Demonstrated interest in Human Resources and/or Organizational Psychology
-Curiosity to learn and eagerness to contribute in a team-oriented and collaborative environment
-Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills (comfortable public speaking)
-Must be detail-oriented and organized with ability to juggle competing priorities
-High integrity and credibility with ability to exercise strong judgment in handling confidential information
-Intermediate use of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table/VLOOKUP) and PowerPoint (presentation creation)
