Sales Internship - Lenexa, KS

Ferguson is seeking hardworking candidates for our paid Spring/Summer 2022 Internship opportunities, focusing on sales and branch operations! The internships are being offered in Lenexa, KS will take place over a period of 10 or more weeks.

Over the course of the internship, you will be exposed to all aspects of our business. Ferguson approaches training from a “hands on” point of view. We believe in growing our associates from the ground up! Through our internship program, you will be introduced to the warehouse and counter where you will gain credibility and learn extensive product knowledge in a short period of time. You will also be given the opportunity to explore our sales, operations, and credit departments.

The internship is paid and will offer a minimum of 20 hours and up to 40 hours per week.

You will learn the value of developing and managing relationships as well as begin to understand our business from a “big picture” perspective. This internship will allow you to explore your own strengths and career interests. Most of all, we will provide you with real, hands-on business experience that will supplement your classroom education.

Qualifications:

Rising Junior or Senior attending a 4-year university

Interest in pursuing a full time career in sales after graduation
