Consultant

For graduates, a consultant role enables you to launch a career at ReD and beyond. This role is for recent graduates with training in the social sciences and the humanities, with an interest in consulting. You can expect rigorous training in ReD’s perspective on solving strategic business challenges, using a lens from the social sciences and humanities. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Qualitative and quantitative research, primarily ethnographic fieldwork and expert interviews, that involve deep immersions into human phenomena
  • Development of original insights, concepts, and solutions for our clients, and proactively delivering recommendations grounded in research findings
  • Planning, presenting, and managing key workstreams on projects
  • Building presentations for ReD clients based on research and analysis

Skills Knowledge and Expertise

  •  An outstanding academic record, preferably with a master’s degree (or beyond), and/or advanced knowledge in the social sciences or humanities
  • Relevant experiences that highlight your skills
  • International experience and language skills
  • Previous experience with qualitative and/or quantitative research methods
  • A strong desire to impact the world of business using tools from the social sciences
