Clinical Relations Intern

Neurobit Health is looking for a self-motivated and business savvy candidate to join the Neurobit team as a Clinical Relations Intern. The internship will last for approximately 10-12 weeks. If you enjoy talking to people, building new relationships and want to help open new markets for our company we want to talk to you. Your normal day will involve interacting with clinics to provide support, answer questions, and resolve any issues they have using our products and services. Your main responsibility will to to ensure that clinics have a positive experience in doing business with us.

We’re currently looking for someone to work as a part-time intern (no more than 20 hours a week) with the potential of becoming a full-time role if we feel it meets expectations and works well for everybody; both you and us. This is a non-remote position with all interns expected to work from our office in New York.

Please note that we are unfortunately unable to offer visa sponsorship, however we are still accepting applications from international applicants who are currently eligible for STEM OPT extension.

Position Duties:
  • Monitoring clinic satisfaction levels by regularly meeting with clients to discuss their needs and progress
  • Preparing reports on clinic activities and progress
  • Coordinating with other departments on projects or campaigns for specific clinics
  • Conducting research about clinics to help develop strategies for growth or new products or services
  • Managing relationships with clinics by providing customer service, answering questions, and resolving concerns
  • Monitoring industry trends and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities for client growth
  • Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with clinics to help them achieve their goals
  • Providing administrative support to clinics by scheduling meetings, arranging travel arrangements, and processing payments
  • Developing proposals and presentations to prospective clients to promote new business opportunities
  • There may be some travel involved to support the business development team at trade shows, conferences, and other events (Currently OPTIONAL and minimized due to COVID-19 Concerns)

Qualifications
  • Currently in your junior or senior year, on track to achieve a bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university. Alumni are also encouraged to apply.
  • Prior experience in marketing and sales is preferred but not required
  • Strong interest in the health tech industry required with prior knowledge in this field strongly preferred but not required
  • Must be able to work for the full duration of the program
  • Proven ability to write marketing materials including web content
  • Ability to navigate and use Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, and other Google operations
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including strong active listening and empathy skills
  • Demonstrate superior time management skills and goal-oriented
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Experience working with a CRM and project management software is helpful, but not necessary
