🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive evaluations and personalized therapy
  • Design patient-centered, goal-driven treatment plans

  • Maintain timely, compliant documentation
  • Stay flexible and responsive to patient and team needs

🛠️ What You Bring

  • Arizona Occupational Therapy License (Required)
  • BLS Certification
  • At least 1 year of hospital-based experience (preferred)
  • OTR certification and Master's degree (preferred but not required)
