We are looking for a QSP Modeling Intern to join our scientific team for Summer 2025, with a focus on immuno-oncology drug development.
Location: Onsite in Boston/Cambridge, MA
Duration: Summer Internship (Full-time, 10–12 weeks)

🧬 About the Role
As a QSP Modeling Intern, you will contribute to the development and refinement of Quantitative Systems Pharmacology (QSP) models focused on cancer immunotherapy. You will work alongside our expert modelers to simulate and analyze biological systems, helping shape predictive tools that inform drug development and clinical strategy.
🔧 Responsibilities
- Assist in building and validating mechanistic models of immune-oncology pathways (e.g., PD-1/PD-L1 axis, T-cell dynamics)
- Perform literature reviews and data integration for model development and parameterization
- Run simulations and sensitivity analyses using industry-standard tools
- Contribute to model documentation and internal presentations
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary scientists and engineers to support data-driven decision-making
🎯 What We’re Looking For
- Graduate student (MS or PhD) in Pharmacometrics, Systems Biology, Bioengineering, Computational Biology, or related field
- Prior experience or strong familiarity with tools such as SimBiology (MATLAB), Python, and/or other QSP modeling platforms
- Understanding of immunology, tumor biology, and mechanistic PK/PD modeling is highly desirable
- Strong problem-solving and quantitative analysis skills
- Enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and passionate about scientific innovation
- Must be able to work onsite in Boston/Cambridge during the internship
