Outpatient Physical Therapist Assistant
We’re looking for a motivated and compassionate Outpatient Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our outpatient care team. You’ll work side-by-side with experienced physical therapists to help patients regain function, reduce pain, and return to the activities they love. This role offers the support of an innovative clinic using AI-powered software to simplify documentation—giving you more time to focus on patient care.
What You'll Do
- Carry out treatment plans developed by Licensed Physical Therapists
- Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and activities
- Track patient progress and make recommendations to the PT team
- Use AI-assisted documentation tools to reduce charting time
- Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention
- Maintain a clean, safe, and encouraging clinical environment
What You Bring
- Current PTA license
- Graduate of an accredited PTA program
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A patient-first mindset and strong attention to detail
