Business Development Consultant

Medi Marketing | Remote | Part-Time or Full-Time

Medi Marketing is a healthcare-focused marketing agency helping medical practices grow through local SEO, digital advertising, and reputation management. We’re looking for a Business Development Consultant to help open doors and start conversations that lead to real growth — for both our clients and your income.

About the Role

This role is ideal for someone entrepreneurial — a natural connector who thrives on building relationships and making things happen. You’ll be working a warm lead list, reaching out via phone, email, LinkedIn, and networking to book qualified meetings for our marketing team.

This is a commission-only role with 20% lifetime commission on any client you help bring in. It’s perfect for someone looking to build a meaningful side income with the flexibility to grow into a larger role.

 What You’ll Do

Work from a provided lead list of medical practices

Call, email, and message via LinkedIn to book intro meetings

Qualify prospects and coordinate warm hand-offs

Network within the medical or local business community

Collaborate closely with our marketing and sales team

Track your outreach and results

What We’re Looking For

Strong communication skills and phone presence

Comfortable in a self-motivated, commission-based environment

Prior experience in sales, outreach, or business development a plus

Familiarity with the healthcare or marketing industry is a bonus

Someone who’s professional, persistent, and not afraid to follow up
