We are seeking compassionate, committed, and highly motivated Fee-for-Service Licensed Clinicians (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LSW, LAC, LAMFT) to provide in-home intensive mental and behavioral health services to children and adolescents (ages 5–18). This role is essential to delivering high-quality therapeutic care within the community and supporting families in need. Success in this position looks like consistent, evidence-based care that empowers clients and promotes measurable progress in emotional regulation, communication, and behavior. As part of a broader community-based initiative, clinicians play a vital role in improving mental health outcomes for children and adolescents across New Jersey.

Responsibilities
- Deliver structured in-home therapeutic services to children and adolescents with mental or behavioral health challenges
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs and clinical assessments
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation of sessions and progress in compliance with state and agency standards
- Coordinate care with families, schools, and other providers to ensure holistic support for the client
- Monitor and assess ongoing client needs and adjust interventions accordingly
- Attend regular supervision and team meetings to collaborate and ensure quality care
- Maintain licensure and stay current with continuing education requirements
Qualifications
- Active New Jersey license or provisional license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LSW, LAC, LAMFT)
- Minimum of one year post-graduate experience working with children and adolescents in a mental health setting
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
- Passion for working with youth in diverse communities
- Reliable transportation for in-home sessions
- Bilingual a plus
Counties Needing Services: Morris, Sussex, Passaic, Bergen, Union, Middlesex, Somerset, Hunterdon, and Warren
Job Types: Part-time, Contractor (Very flexible afternoon, evening, and weekend hours available to suit your schedule)
Pay: $85/hour for provisionally licensed clinicians | $95/hour for fully licensed clinicians
