๐งพ What Youโll Do:
Accurately post patient and insurance payments
Handle insurance billing, collections, and claim follow-ups
Verify insurance benefits and patient eligibility
Initiate and track insurance authorizations and referrals
Respond to patient billing inquiries with care and clarity
Document all actions and follow-ups in our EMR system

Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
Clear written and verbal communication
Proficiency in typing and professional correspondence
Self-starter who works well both independently and in a team
Reliable, detail-focused, and proactive in solving problems

Must pass a background check
