Research Assistant

Job Description:  

• Reporting to a Sr. Research Scientist and working at The clientCompany’s Technical Center, the lab technician will support projects across Salty R&D team.he main function of a lab technician is to perform routine laboratory tests.
• Basic Duties Perform inspection of incoming ingredients for label accuracy and temperature sensitivity Monitor and sample in process foods for pH, heavy metals, allergens, and temperature Perform sanitation duties through environmental swabbing and titrations Computer data entry of test results for proper FDA and USDA documentation Candidates will advance into taking on Document Control, Auditing, and Process Improvement duties with performance
