Responsibilities:
● Assist with managing and creating content for our social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
● Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
● Help organize and analyze data using Google Docs, Excel, and the EMR system used by the clinic.
● Assist with the creation of reports, presentations, and other marketing materials.
● Collaborate with the team to brainstorm new marketing strategies and communications approaches.
● Perform general administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings and managing documents.
● Support the team with other communication and business-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
● Currently pursuing a degree in Communications, Business, Marketing, or a related field. ● Familiarity with Google Docs, Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and Canva. ● Basic computer skills, including proficiency in social media platforms.
● Strong written and verbal communication skills.
● Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
● Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and contribute.
● Detail-oriented and able to work independently and in a team environment.
Preferred Skills (but not required):
● Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Instagram, TikTok). ● Basic knowledge of digital marketing principles.
Requirements:
● Available for part time work during clinic hours M-F, 9am-5pm.
