Position Overview: 

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Fragrance House Intern to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fragrance industry, working closely with our team of experts in perfumery, marketing, and business development. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fragrances, a strong desire to learn, and a creative mindset. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Research and Development: 
• Assist in researching current fragrance trends, ingredients, and market demand. 
• Support the compounding, formulation, and testing of new fragrances, ensuring they align with our brand vision.  
• Conduct sensory evaluations and provide feedback on fragrance samples. Share reports. 
• Marketing and Branding: 
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative content for social media, website, and promotional materials. 
• Assist in the preparation of marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand storytelling initiatives. 
• Assist in organizing and managing events such as fragrance workshops, pop-up shops, and trade shows. 
• Product Management: 
• Help manage fragrance inventory, sample requests, and quality control processes. 
• Assist in coordinating with suppliers and vendors for supplies and packaging. 
• Support the development of product descriptions, labels, and other related materials. 

Qualifications: 

• Currently pursuing a degree in a related field (e.g., Chemistry, Marketing, Business, Design, or a related discipline). 
• Passion for fragrances and an interest in the fragrance industry. 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
• Creativity and a keen eye for detail. 
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and social media platforms.
