Position Overview

We are seeking a Part-Time Medical Logistics & Device Setup Specialist to join our growing team. This role involves assisting with logistics, patient scheduling, and hands-on setup of treatment devices. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, driven, and eager to learn.

This position offers flexible scheduling (2–3 days per week) and the potential to grow into a full-time opportunity based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage delivery of treatment devices for patients

Assist with equipment logistics, inventory, and documentation

Provide basic patient education and support on device use (training provided)

Maintain communication with patients, clinicians, and internal staff

Ensure timely and professional service that aligns with company standards

Support regional sales and clinical teams as needed

Qualifications

Strong organizational and communication skills

Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently

Willingness to learn medical device setup and patient support processes

Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

Prior experience in healthcare, logistics, or customer service is a plus (but not required)
