Position Overview
The Residential Aide plays a vital role in supporting the daily wellbeing of our residents. This position provides hands-on experience in direct resident care, communication, and healthcare teamwork—making it an excellent opportunity for students pursuing careers in medicine, nursing, occupational therapy, physical therapy, physician assistant studies, or public health.
Key Responsibilities
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including dressing, grooming, and mobility support
Monitor and report changes in residents’ physical or emotional status to nursing staff
Support residents in maintaining independence and dignity
Engage residents in community activities, meals, and wellness programs
Collaborate with nurses, activities staff, and therapy teams to ensure holistic resident care
Promote a clean, safe, and welcoming environment throughout the residence
Document resident interactions and care as required

CPR/First Aid certification (preferred, not required)
Must pass background check and required health screenings
Schedule & Pay
8 Hour Shifts, 7-3, 3-11, 11-7
Shifts available on weekdays, evenings, and weekends
Competitive hourly rate based on experience
