R&D Intern – Customer & Data Analysis
Overview
The R&D Intern – Customer & Data Analysis will support Shamrock’s R&D organization by collecting, organizing, and analyzing customer feedback, application data, and purchasing patterns. The objective of this role is to convert customer call reports into structured insights that inform product development, application strategy, and technical decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and manage daily project tasks to meet established milestones
- Review, classify, and summarize customer call reports and application feedback
- Identify trends and patterns related to product recommendations and performance outcomes
- Develop clear summaries, charts, and visual displays for technical and non-technical audiences
- Maintain organized project records and documentation
- Communicate progress and findings to senior members of the R&D team

Qualifications
- Current sophomore, junior, or senior pursuing a degree in Data Science, Analytics, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience with data organization and qualitative or semi-quantitative analysis
- Familiarity with good documentation and record-keeping practices
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
