Job Duties:
- Working with youth of all ages
- Working with children in a therapy setting
- Motivate and regulate clients
- Communication with children, multidisciplinary staff and families
- Serve as a resource to clinical staff
- Design & Execute therapeutic programs
- Maintains timely report writing and submission
- Collaborating with multiple teams in a positive and compassionate environment
Minimum Qualifications:
- Current CO Licensure or ability to obtain licensure
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Ability to build rapport with patients and parents/guardians
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong leadership qualities
Education Requirements:
- COTA Certification in the state of Colorado
