Responsibilities:
- Facilitate a variety of activities for seniors in multiple facilities.
Implement creative and stimulating programs to cater to the diverse interests and needs of the elderly residents.
- Foster a positive and supportive environment that encourages socialization and mental stimulation. Document and evaluate the effectiveness of activities, adjusting as needed.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to seniors.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with seniors is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ideal for students, retirees, or nursing assistants looking for part-time opportunities. Must have reliable transportation to travel between different facilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor.
- Ability to adapt to the changing needs of the elderly population.
