Home Care Caregiver
E&S Home Care Solutions is seeking compassionate and dependable caregivers to provide in-home support to clients in the 77070 area and surrounding communities, including Cypress, Spring, Tomball, Louetta, and Willowbrook.
We are looking for individuals with at least one year of experience in caregiving or a healthcare setting who are committed to providing respectful and attentive care. Reliability, professionalism, and strong communication are important for this role.
Due to ongoing client needs, qualified candidates may be kept active in our system and contacted when suitable assignments become available. We value caregivers who are responsive and maintain clear communication.
Work Schedule:
Assignments typically begin on a part-time basis to ensure a good match. Additional hours and longer-term opportunities may become available based on performance, reliability, and client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
- Support mobility and assist with safe transfers as needed
- Prepare meals according to care guidelines
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe environment
- Report any changes in the client’s condition
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of caregiving or related healthcare experience
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to travel within a reasonable distance of the 77070 area
- Strong sense of responsibility and professionalism
- Effective communication and responsiveness
