Physician Assistant
- Evalaute and manage patients independently within their scope, with a supervising physican available in real time
- Carry a defined patient load with continuity
- Document accurately and completely, so the note reflects the work actually performed
- Code and bill accurately or services rendered, understanding this as a compliance obligation rather than a revenue exercise
- Capture required preventive and quality measures relevant to the population served
- Communicate and coordinate with nephrology, transplant, hospital, dialysis and primary care teams as the assignment requires
- Participate in call coverage as schudeled
- Contribute to workflow and operational improvement in their clinic or service
