Through our comprehensive training and mentorship program, students gain the knowledge, skills, and experience needed to successfully manage a business. With YEAA, students don't just learn about business, they gain real-world experience applying what they learn.

This paid internship provides students with the opportunity to challenge themselves, demonstrate their abilities, and build a competitive edge for their careers after graduation.

Role Description

As a Business Management Intern, students oversee the day-to-day operations of a small business. Interns gain exposure to many areas of business management, including marketing, sales, leadership, customer service, and financial management.

No prior experience is required. YEAA provides comprehensive training and ongoing mentorship throughout the internship. We are looking for motivated, driven, and hardworking students who are eager to learn, take on responsibility, and grow professionally.

Internship Duties

• Complete YEAA’s comprehensive training program
• Learn and apply business and management skills
• Plan and implement marketing strategies
• Develop and execute business plans
• Make daily business decisions with real-world impact
• Monitor and report on business performance and progress
• Work with mentors and YEAA leadership throughout the internship

Internship Details

• Part-Time commitment during the Spring (training & preseason preparation)
• Full-Time commitment during the Summer (management & operations)
• Paid Internship (Average income: $18,000)
• Internship credit is available through most universities
• Gain hands-on business management and leadership experience
• Business is managed in the student’s hometown if a territory is available
