Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to add to our team to help shape and support account growth goals. This person will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency
 
The ideal candidate thrives in professional services and a collaborative team environment in which they are responsible for supporting business growth, high-quality delivery of services, and creating a positive customer experience.

The location for this position is preferred toward Florida, but we are open to individuals who prefer to work remotely.

Specific Responsibilities:
  1. Completes secondary work assignments while consistently being interrupted with the primary work assignment of answering the phones.
  2. Assists the caller in a timely manner without rerouting the call to someone else.
  3. Will always follow-up with special customer service situations and requests.
  4. Self-starter with a hands-on approach and the ability to work unaided.
  5. Submit detailed request to appropriate personnel with clear and concise information.
  6. Assists in possible needed administrative duties, related to the customer base.
