Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to add to our team to help shape and support account growth goals. This person will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency
The ideal candidate thrives in professional services and a collaborative team environment in which they are responsible for supporting business growth, high-quality delivery of services, and creating a positive customer experience.
The location for this position is preferred toward Florida, but we are open to individuals who prefer to work remotely.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Completes secondary work assignments while consistently being interrupted with the primary work assignment of answering the phones.
- Assists the caller in a timely manner without rerouting the call to someone else.
- Will always follow-up with special customer service situations and requests.
- Self-starter with a hands-on approach and the ability to work unaided.
- Submit detailed request to appropriate personnel with clear and concise information.
- Assists in possible needed administrative duties, related to the customer base.
