The purpose of this internship is to prepare college students for entry into the business world by providing a thorough understanding of the various functions of the Zebra Technologies organization. The program is designed to provide you with a full experience so that you can fully envision a career with Zebra. You will be positioned for success with training, exposure to all parts of the business, social activities, a professional mentor relationship and development sessions to help you discover your own performance edge! 

  • The North America Healthcare Sales Team is a high-energy, fast-paced team focused in serving those on the front lines of patient care delivery.
  • The 50+ member team is inclusive of Account Managers, Solution Specialists, Sales Engineers, and Healthcare Alliance Managers, located across the continent and work in collaboration with resources from Marketing, Business Development, Sales Operations, and several other key organizations throughout Zebra.
  • This role will support go to market strategies and sales enablement through direct engagement across our diverse team as well as take ownership of a specified project aligned to future growth objectives.
  • Project goals include developing meaningful ways to further educate the team on industry trends related to competitive/collaborative landscape of health IT, regulatory guidelines, and market dynamics.
  • Focus areas also include regulatory mandates from organizations as well as healthcare IT hardware and software innovations.
  • Alignment and understanding of trend and regulatory drivers in the healthcare market will enable Zebra to support and expand our customer engagement activities and solution set.

Required Qualifications:
  • Current enrollment in an undergraduate/graduate degree program (BA, BS, MS, MA or MBA) in Nursing, Health Administration, STEM majors with Business focus or dual major
  • Must be graduating in May or December 2023, 2024, or 2025
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis without requiring sponsorship
  • Must reside within 50 miles of the primary work location
  • Ability to collaborate as part of a team
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Health Sciences or Business degree candidate with healthcare industry familiarity
  • An individual with an agile mindset and strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with diverse team and customer base, exhibiting strong customer service skills.
  • An independent, self-paced learner comfortable working in an in-person or remote capacity
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Excel, Word, & PowerPoint)
  • Intellectual curiosity with a strong desire to learn and grow
  • Proven leadership and excellence in professional, academic, and/or extracurricular experiences
  • Healthcare IT Knowledge

Salary: USD 19.00 - USD 42.50 Hourly

Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
Additionally, all Zebra roles are eligible for cash incentive programs. For example, sales roles have additional opportunity to earn substantial variable compensation tied to quota achievement. In most other roles, the Zebra annual cash incentive program links Company and individual performance together. Some roles may also be eligible for long-term incentive equity awards.
