BASF Maintenance Engineer Co-Op

We’re currently seeking high performers to join our Technical Engineering Services Group as a Maintenance Engineering Co-Op. If chosen, you will report to a manager/mentor who will provide you with oversight and details of your assignments.

The scope of assignments for this role will vary, but will likely include:

·        Assist in planning and coordinating the activities associated with the maintenance of equipment to improve plant and equipment availability and efficiency in support of site production requirements.

·        Assist in designing maintenance strategies, procedure, and methods

·        Assist in the preparation of spare parts lists and Preventive Maintenance plans for equipment

·        Participate in mechanical failure related incident investigations; prioritize action items, and follow-up on their implementation

This job pays an hourly wage (depending on experience) for a 40-hour week, plus an additional housing stipend for each month. Located along the banks of the Mississippi River between Hannibal and Palmyra, Missouri, our 1600-acre manufacturing site is home to some of the world’s finest crop protection products.
