Turnaround (TAR) Engineer Co-Op

We are a global chemical company and one of the nation's leading manufacturers of agricultural products. Our Hannibal plant is built to manufacture high-quality products in a safe, efficient, and environmentally sound manner. We occasionally have the need for contingent labor, and that's where you come in.
We’re currently seeking high performers to join our Technical Engineering Services Group as a TAR Management Co-op. This is a paid, full-time position. If chosen, you will report to a manager/mentor who will provide you with oversight and details of your assignments.
The scope of assignments for this role will vary, but will likely include:
·         Assist in planning and coordinating the activities associated with the TAR management process and improve plant TAR Execution in support of site production requirements.
·         Assist in designing TAR strategies, procedure, and methods
·         Assist in the assessment of implementation of solutions for effective and efficient TAR work execution
·         Participate in TAR meetings, process improvement brainstorming and solution implementation, Key Process Indicator (KPI) measurement and reporting
Preferred 3.5 GPA
Preferred Seniors, Juniors, Sophomores
Preferred majors are Chemical Eng., Mech Eng., or Industrial Engineering.
This job pays an hourly wage (depending on experience) for a 40-hour week, plus an additional housing stipend for each month.
