Assay Development Internship - Summer 2023

Position Summary

Lead Discovery & Optimization (LDO) is a diverse group of scientists and engineers, providing critical assay information to therapeutic research centers (TRCs) throughout research and early development (R&ED). We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative undergraduate to join us for a summer internship. The objective will be to establish a novel live cell imaging platform for studying Methods of Cancer Resistance (MoCR).

We invite undergraduates with appropriate training from all backgrounds to apply for this internship in our fun and fast-paced assay development team. You will work in a highly dynamic environment at the center of the R&ED drug discovery engine to use cutting edge imaging techniques and assays applied to complex drug discovery problems. You will work closely with one of our scientists to develop a novel assay platform for cancer research. Most importantly, this opportunity will expose you to a myriad of cell-based and plate-based techniques and advance your laboratory skills to the next level!
