YOUR IMPACT
Are you looking to broaden your technical understanding of Bank Loans and Bank Loans Trading? You will have the opportunity to learn about Firm’s risk to loans trading & reconciliations as the Administrative Agent. The position includes helping drive the strategy of an evolving organization and partnering with stakeholders to meet the needs of the business to manage risk of multiple processes that span the life cycle of a loan trade. This includes regular interaction with various middle office teams and servicing teams, as well as technology, legal and compliance.

THE TEAM
The team is seeking a skilled professional who will provide business insights for data driven decisions. In this role, you will apply your quantitative, problem solving and client service skills to support the various business units and clients. You will also play a key role in suggesting and implementing process improvements for the team to mitigate risks and enhance the overall client experience.
 
Core Tasks:
In this job, employees:
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of the bank loans trade lifecycle by interacting with the business, middle office, and engineering teams to work toward a shared goal
  • Leverage your innovative skills to identify ways to continually improve processes  
  • Mitigate risk for the firm and our clients by securely delivering data and insights to stakeholders
  • Partner with engineering and operations teams to develop scalable business processes to support our clients 
  • Develop BI solutions leveraging Alteryx, SQL, and Tableau

Qualifications
General Skills and Abilities 
  • Analytical, self-motivated, and detail-oriented with strong data processing skills
  • Ability to work within a high-risk environment to meet challenging deadlines and targets
  • Ability to communicate clearly with end users, development managers and other internal and external stakeholders

Digital/Technical Skills & Tools
Successful employees use the following:
  • Basic skill level with database query languages, such as SQL
  • Intermediate skill level with data visualization tools, such as Tableau
  • Intermediate skill level with low-code analytics tools, such as Alteryx

Education/Knowledge
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • Knowledge of multi-dimensional data modeling/data warehousing for data analytics and reporting
