Intern - State Farm
Located in North Atlanta, I am seeking outgoing and motivated individuals for an internship program. My business development program allows students to use their current skill set and develop other skills necessary to thrive in today's fast-paced job market.
Responsibilities
- Learning our CRM computer system used to organize current clients and prospects
- Assisting current clients with basic questions and taking payments
- Training with Agent and Team Members to further knowledge and skills
- Coming to work with a positive attitude and having the ability to work both individually and in a team environment.
- Making outbound calls to prospects to obtain auto and home quotes
- Making outbound calls to current clients to schedule appointments
- Answering inbound phone calls and assisting current clients
- Working with existing team members to improve on your skill set and motivate each other to improve our processes as a team
- Watching other team members quote and speak with clients to see our teams auto and homeowner’s insurance process
