Marketing Internship

Thor Specialties Inc., Shelton, CT, has a paid internship opening in the Marketing Department.  This will be an ideal opportunity for students pursuing a degree in the biology or chemistry field of science.

Thor Specialties is a producer of biocides and other specialty chemicals for a variety of industries including: personal care and household; paints and coatings; polymers, adhesives and sealants; and wood and water treatment.

Duties will include:

• Working on market surveys.
• Conduct telephone surveys in support of sales and marketing programs.
• Data analysis for customer pricing.
• Special projects as required.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Some college in Biology or Chemistry
• Proficient communication and computer skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
