As part of our intern program, you will work directly with our product team on producing actionable insights on our products and systems. You must have a background in a technical or education field, learn quickly, take on new challenges and have some experience driving decisions from analyzing information collected from multiple sources (sales, support, informational interviews, surveys, A/B testing...etc). At the end of the internship, we will provide you with a strength-based assessment to help you plan for future career advancement. Full Time or Part Time position will be considered after the internship based on the individual's performance.
What You Will Do
- Learn product roadmap that lays out our overall strategy, work with the product team to define a balance between client requests, market demands, and your own creative ideas.
- Facilitate day-to-day communication of a small cross-functional team of developers, QA engineers, and UI designers.
- Clearly articulate product strategy to a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide online user training and assist onboarding team with customer follow up Q&A
- Assist Sales with customer presentations in your role as a product expert.
