Part-Time Physical Therapist Opening – Amery, WI 

Direct Source Therapy, Inc. is excited to announce an immediate part-time opening for a supervising Physical Therapist at our contract skilled nursing facility in Amery, WI. This is a one day every other week providing supervisory coverage to our experienced PTA.  Additional hours would be available for evaluations as they come in.

Responsibilities:

-Provide evaluations and supervisory visits to patients with various conditions and injuries 

-Collaborate with Physical Therapist Assistant on site on any changes to the plan of care or goals

- Maintain a clean and organized treatment area 

Qualifications: 

- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist program  

- Valid WI state licensure  

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills  

- Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team
