Marketing & Business Internship – Diva Day Spa (Baltimore, MD)

Are you passionate about beauty, wellness, and marketing? Do you want hands-on experience in growing a brand while making a difference?

Diva Day Spa is looking for a Marketing & Business Intern to join our team this summer! This is an exciting opportunity for students or recent graduates looking to gain experience in marketing, business operations, and brand development within the spa and wellness industry.

What You’ll Do:

   •   Assist with social media management (content creation, engagement, and analytics).

   •   Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and events.

   •   Help develop partnerships with local businesses, hotels, and fitness centers.

   •   Conduct market research and contribute to brand strategy.

   •   Assist with day-to-day business operations at Diva Day Spa.

   •   If you’re a licensed esthetician (or in training), you may have the opportunity to assist with spa services (optional).

What We’re Looking For:

   •   Passion for beauty, wellness, and marketing.

   •   Strong written and verbal communication skills.

   •   Creativity and ability to generate fresh ideas for brand promotion.

   •   Social media savvy (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).

   •   Ability to work independently and take initiative.

   •   Being an esthetician (or in training) is a plus but not required.
