Care Coordinator - Direct Support Professional

As a Care Coordinator, you'll play an essential role in providing crucial support and supervision to a diverse group of clients ages between 13-17. Your primary responsibility is to ensure their well-being and safety through constant supervision and by fostering a nurturing and therapeutic environment.

Our residential facility operates 24/7, with clients staying with us for 45 to 90 serving individuals with various mental health diagnoses, including severe depression, trauma, PTSD, disruptive behavior disorders, and more. Many of our clients present with severe emotional disturbances, so your ability to build rapport, establish trust, monitor behaviors, and proactively de-escalate situations is crucial.
