Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated, organized, and entrepreneurial Founding Executive Associate to support our founder and co-lead business operations. You will wear many hats, working directly with our physician-founder on tasks ranging from project management to marketing coordination and operational strategy. This is a unique opportunity to be on the ground floor of a healthcare startup that’s making real impact in hospitals today.

Key Responsibilities:

Help build and organize the business infrastructure (contracts, calendars, hospital contacts, CRM, credentialing, follow-ups, etc.)

Coordinate with hospital administrators and partner organizations on behalf of SynchronyMD

Prepare presentations, outreach emails, and documents for hospitals and partners

Work on basic marketing tasks – manage LinkedIn presence, coordinate with creatives, assist in building pitch decks

Assist with recruiting, scheduling, vendor relations, and other startup needs

Eventually help lead operations or build new verticals as the company scales

Ideal Candidate:

A go-getter who can figure things out independently, loves being organized, and can thrive in ambiguity

Strong communicator – both written and verbal – professional, personable, and clear

Background or interest in business, healthcare, entrepreneurship, or marketing

Strong project management and coordination skills

Comfortable with Google Workspace, LinkedIn, and productivity tools (Notion, Slack, etc.)

Has a long-term mindset and wants to grow with the company

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in progress or completed (preferably in Business, Healthcare Administration, Communications, Marketing, or Entrepreneurship)

Able to commit full-time (at least 35–40 hrs/week)

Located in the US; Midwest strongly preferred

Authorized to work in the US

What You’ll Gain:

Direct mentorship from a physician-founder

High-level exposure to healthcare, startups, and hospital systems

The chance to define your own role and grow into a leadership position

Experience in launching and scaling a real-world healthcare venture

Future potential for equity/bonus as the company grows
