Location: Glenwood Springs, CO 81601
Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | Weekend Rotation
Pay Range: $30 – $35 per hour

What You'll Do

  • Assist Physical Therapists in implementing care plans
  • Support patient mobility and recovery goals
  • Track and document patient progress
  • Collaborate with a skilled, interdisciplinary care team

Requirements

  • Active Colorado PTA License
  • BLS Certification
  • Excellent interpersonal and clinical skills
  • New graduates encouraged to apply – mentorship provided
