Location: Denver, CO 80247
Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay Range: $30 – $32 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Support Physical Therapists in providing patient-centered care
  • Assist patients with mobility, recovery, and therapeutic goals
  • Document and track progress effectively
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team

Requirements

  • Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license in Colorado
  • Current BLS certification
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Open to new graduates – mentorship and guidance available
