The Opportunity
We are dedicated to fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth. We seek a motivated
Learning and Development Intern to gain hands-on experience in designing and evaluating leadership
development programs. The ideal candidate is passionate about learning, organized, and eager to contribute
to employee growth through education.
What You Will Contribute
• Assist in the development and delivery of training programs and workshops.
• Support the creation of training materials, including presentations, handouts, and e-learning
modules.
• Research best practices in learning and development to inform program design.
• Help coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, communication, and room
setup.
• Collect and analyze feedback from training participants to assess program effectiveness.
• Maintain and update training records and databases.
• Collaborate with team members on special projects and initiatives related to employee
development.

• Provide administrative support to the Human Resources Business Partner team as needed.
What We Seek
• Currently pursuing a degree in Communications, Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a
related field.
• Strong interest in learning and development, training, and employee engagement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Previous experience in a similar role or environment is a plus but not required.
What We Will Provide To You
