Responsibilities
- Tutor students in English and/or mathematics in grade levels from K to 11th grade
- Grade homework assignments, tests, and/or essays (no work is required outside of class time)
- Maintain student progress reports
Requirements College sophomore or higher majoring in English, math, Science, education, or related field
- Candidate who can tutor both English and math is strongly preferred.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as a team member
- Ability to work independently and teach the class on his/her own
- Experience in a tutorial program preferred, but not required. We provide training!
- Special consideration for those who want to be teachers
Position Specifics
Starting pay from $19 to $30 per hour (depends on experience and qualification)
